Trained as a chef at The Connaught and Tante Claire in London, Justin and his wife Helen worked as a team for over sixteen years at the highly acclaimed original French Partridge restaurant in Northampton; noted by Good Food Guide for its fine food and wine.

Helen still works with Justin as manageress and wine buyer, and with over sixteen years of experience is the ideal person to advise you when it comes to selecting the perfect bottle.
